Legalization Dependents:
A maximum of 55,000 visas were issued to spouses and children of aliens legalized under the provisions of the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 in each of fiscal years 1992-94. The number of visas issued annually may be below the limit of 55,000 (see Appendix 2).
